| CANON DIGITAL IXUS WIRELESS DIGITAL CAMERA COMPETITION 1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry is open to all UK residents except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion. 3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify validity and disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry. 4. Promotion commences at 9 a.m. GMT on 22.02.06. Entries close at 11.59 p.m. GMT on 31.03.06. 5. Only one entry per person is permitted. 6. The winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries to win a Canon Digital IXUS Wireless and Printer. 7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize. 8. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. 9. Winners will be notified by via email. 10. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian. 11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification check at their absolute discretion. Prize winner may be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize. 14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 15. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition. 16. Any costs associated with accessing the competition website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 17. All contact details entered incorrectly on the website shall be deemed invalid. 18. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. 19. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages.
